Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if: • You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item
• The product is not as described

Note:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Some items (innerwear, beauty items, personal use products) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll update you on the status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days to your original payment method.

Replacement

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will send a new item after verifying the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may still request a return after delivery.
